Salesperson must uphold a Tier 1 CSI rating for either the current month or a rolling 3-month average, whichever is greater.
Salesperson must be fully certified for new cars and in good standing with Nissan.

Annual Performance Bonus
- 10 Months Qualified: $25 per unit.
- 12 Months Qualified: $50 per unit.
Example Calculation:
A salesperson who qualifies as MMVP for 10 months out of the year, with an average of 20 cars sold per month, would receive:- 10 Months x 20 Units = 200 Units
- 200 Units x $25 = $5,000
- 200 Units x $50 = $10,000
Maintaining MMVP Status
To remain in the program, a Master must maintain MMVP status throughout the year.
- If a Master fails to meet the quarterly requirements, they are given a one-month grace period (“mulligan”) to restore their rolling average to 20 cars per month.
- Failure to meet this requirement will result in the forfeiture of the Master Green Jacket and exclusion from Master events. Note: The mulligan does not apply to the annual bonus calculation.
Mini Commission Qualifier
Sales gross determines eligibility for the mini commission. The dealership’s benchmark for gross is $1,500 per unit.
Program Terms and Conditions
This program is subject to change or cancellation by management at any time. Fraudulent activities to manipulate performance metrics will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of all bonuses. Employees must remain in good standing and be employed through the end of the calendar year to receive payouts.
